The Visual Language Program is an intensive study in story telling through animation. Students developed the hands-on skills needed to create their own animated short film, Atlas’ Revenge. Personal contributions to this project included designing the star character of the film, animation, and designing the movie poster/DVD cover.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Artistic Director, Media Convergence Lab, 2009-present, Supervisor: Mike Carney
Responsible for developing a cohesive artistic style for the Florida Wing of the Fort LauderdaleMuseum of Science. Designed the visual appearance of animal habitats and informational kiosks. Created a series of animated characters for use with facial-recognition software at the OrlandoScienceCenter.
Caricature Artist, Fasen Arts, 1999-2003, 2005-2007, Supervisor: Glenn Ferguson Kaman Arts, 1997-1999, Supervisor: Dean Casterline
Worked with pencil and airbrush to create caricatures. Worked primarily in the Universal Studios and Sea World theme parks, but also was commissioned for private parties and functions.

Muralist & Logo Design, TwinsburgHigh School, Twinsburg, Ohio, 2004-Present Redesigned the school logo for use on the official website. Designed and painted a series of three murals featuring the school mascot, as well as other minor works throughout the school.
